Skills are the main source of abilities in Archived. The skill tree has 8 possible Affinities. Each affinity will give the players a starting passive as well as a lot of active skills.

How To Get Skills Points

Players can get specific Skills by putting Skill Points in the desired Skill tree. Player will receive 5 Skill points every time they Grade up.

If the players are in Permadeath Mode with a Kill Requirement, they are able to get 5 additional Skill Points by talking to the Old Fixer NPC. (this can be done only once per character)

Skill Tree Sins Buffs

Each Skill Tree will have scaling passive depending on how much Skill Points are allocated in the Skill Trees.

Wrath Passive – Gain % damage increase proportional to health lost + points invested.
Desire – Apply X more status effect counts on target, depending on the amount of points invested.
Sloth – Lose speed, but gain damage proportional to the number of points invested.
Gluttony – Increased natural regen proportional to the number of points invested.
Gloom – Increases the duration of the E.G.O status affect by the number of invested points times 3.
Pride – Gain X amount of clash power per X amount of points invested.
Envy – Gain X amount more positive status effects proportional to X amount points invested.
Shin – doesn’t have a passive.

Skills/Pages

Players can also get skills through learning them from Pages. Pages can be found in Books. The Book spawns as a Trinket and can be obtained from contracts given to players by the Office Contractor.
