What Are Event Portals
Event Portals are, essentially, doorways to Event Specific rooms. Players can access these rooms by interacting with an Event Portal once it spawns.
Clearing every room in a Dungeon is heavily advised, as each of them have a 20% chance to spawn an Event Portal.

Each Event Portal has a specific color, indicating the Event to which it leads to.
Combat Events
Mirror Realm
The Mirror Realm is an Event in Absolvement. It’s one of the two currently available Combat Events, in which players are pitted against NPC enemies.

Upon entering it, players have the option of interacting with a Mirror located inside of the Event. Doing so will spawn a clone of the player, which comes equipped with the players Stats, Potentials, and Weapons.

Defeating the clone will reward the player with a Potential Orb.

Umbral Machinery
The Umbral Machinery is an Event in Absolvement. It’s one of the two currently available Combat Events, in which players are pitted against NPC enemies.

Upon entering the Umbral Machinery Event, players will face a contraption which they can interact with. Doing so will spawn three waves of enemies.
Clearing all three waves will reward the player with a Potential Orb.

Shop Events
Blacksmith Event
The Blacksmith Event is a Shop Event in Absolvement.

Upon entering it, players can interact with the Blacksmith NPC located inside. The NPC prompts the player with two dialogue choices, each leading to a different service provided by the Blacksmith.
“Can I sell something to you?“
- The player will be able to sell their unwanted Items and Weapons in exchange for Gold.
“I need better equipment.“
- The Blacksmith will upgrade the players Weapons and Armors from Tier 1 to Tier 3 with each Tier granting a +5% to Damage and Armor Values. The cost of the Tier 1 upgrade is 75 gold, with each subsequent Tier Upgrade doubling in price.
Tree Merchants Event
Tree Merchants Event is a Shop Event in Absolvement.

Upon entering it, players can interact with two different Shop NPCs located inside. The wares the NPCs offer the player are randomly generated, and can be bought with Gold. Each Shop NPC carries three Items.

Abyssal Cavern Event
Abyssal Cavern Event is a Shop Event in Absolvement.

Upon entering it, players can interact with three different Shop NPCs located inside. The wares the NPCs offer the player are randomly generated, and can be bought with Gold. Each Shop NPC carries three Items. Players can also sell their unwanted Items at any of the Shop NPCs.

Puzzle Events
Chromatic Altar Event
The Cromatic Altar Event is a Puzzle Event in Absolvement.

This is the only Puzzle Event currently available in the Game. To solve the puzzle, players must keep their eye on the Small Orb, glowing on top of the Altar. The orb will project colors corresponding to the four runes located around the Altar.
Following the pattern of the Glowing Orb, and interacting with the Runes on the side correctly will reward the player with a Potential Orb. Failing the pattern will spawn an enemy, and will stop the player from trying to solve it again.

Other Events
Fishing Room Event
The Fishing Room Event is an Event in Absolvement.

Once entered, players can walk up to any of the available Piers and find a Fishing Rod stuck in a barrel. Upon retrieving the Fishing Rod, players will be able to walk towards the pool of water and start the Fishing Mini Game.

To successfully complete the Mini-Game, players will need to keep the white bar (pictured above) in the green area for a short period of time. Holding down the Left Mouse Button will raise the white bar towards the top, and releasing it will send it downward.
However, the Mini-Game is limited to three tries per player. On each successful attempt the player will be rewarded with a random Consumable.
Fools Trial Event
The Fools Trial Event is an Event in Absolvement.

Once players enter this Event, they’ll immediately notice two Chests located on pedestals, set opposite each other. It’s a bit of a gamble, because:
- One of the Chests deals a decent amount of Damage to the player opening it.
- And the other has the potential to reward the player opening it with up to 5 different and random consumables.
At this moment, there’s no way of knowing which Chest is beneficial to the player, and which one is detrimental to their overall Health.
Fountain Of Reflection Event
The Fountain Of Reflection Event is an Event in Absolvement.

Upon entering the Fountain of Reflection Event, players will notice a large fountain standing in the middle of the room. Interacting with it will give them the following choices:
- Offer 500 Gold
- Offer Health and a Potential
- Offer Damage and a Potential
With each subsequent use of the first offer, it’s price increases by 500 Gold. The Second and the Third offers can only be picked once.
After choosing any of the offers available, the player receives a Potential Roll.
Holy Sanctuary Event
The Holy Sanctuary Event is an Event in Absolvement.

Players who enter the Holy Sanctuary Event can use the pool of holy light located at the far end of the Event to cleanse their permanent Debuffs.

However, cleansing a permanent Debuff from the players character comes with a steep price:
- First Cleanse: The first cleanse costs 750 gold.
- Second Cleanse: The second cleanse costs 975 gold.
- Each subsequent Cleanse: Each Cleanse after the Second one costs an additional 750 gold.
Players are free to choose the Debuff they want to remove from their Characters.
Obelisk Of Desire Event
“The Obelisk emanates a soft purple glow, a feeling of desire pierces your mind as your mind as you get closer.”
The Obelisk of Desire Event is an Event in Absolvement.

Once entered, the Obelisk of Desire Event presents a large Obelisk Stone covered in purple runes. Interacting with this Stone will grant the player increased chances of getting their desired Potentials.

“As you touch the Obelisk, your mind is invaded by many voices, all of them speaking at once and saying: “What is your desire, Child of Fragments?””

Underworld Altar Event
The Underworld Altar Event is an Event in Absolvement.

The dark and grimy Underworld Altar event serves as a decent reminder that nothing in this game comes for free. Players who enter it will be given a choice of three different Wishes, granting them immense Power, Wealth, or Luck. However, for the Altar to grant the player these Wishes, a steep price must be paid.
The price comes in the form of a devastating Debuff. As there are three Wishes for players to choose from, the Debuffs come in the same number.

Wealth: Grants the player a random amount of Gold, usually a pretty high sum. |
Power: The player receives a Potential Roll, holding three different Weapons of a higher Rarity than their currently equipped one. |
Fortune: The player is rewarded with a Lucky Roll, which grants the players a five times higher chance to roll for Mythicals and Uniques. |
Debuffs |

Vitriol: The player is cursed, and their elemental affinity is greatly hindered. (-5% Total Elemental Effectiveness) |
Arrogance: The player is so full and sure of themselves, that they require no aid from others. (-5% Minimap Detection Radius, -5% Healing Received) |
Apathy: The player’s strength begins to wain from their body, feeling empty inside. (-1% Critical Strike Chance, -5% Critical Strike Damage) |
